TEAMWORK, SUPPORT AND A TREE TOP CHALLENGE!

It's great to prioritize learning and improving together as a team and that's what team day at TRACOuk is all about!
We spent the morning exploring our team, discovering new things about one another and getting to know one another outside of the workplace. Everyone has an ambition, something they want to achieve with their lives, and believe me when I say there are some huge aspirations!
For the morning, our team gathered in Lakeside's superb conference facilities, where members of the team gave presentations about the current and forthcoming work of each department. We discussed ideas for the future of TRACO, and it was essential that everyone listened in order to ensure that our staff is at the centre of everything we do and where we all want to take TRACO in the years that follow. New team members were introduced, and we are excited to meet our new Warehouse Manager, who will be joining us very soon!
After spending the morning at Lakeside and devouring the fantastic lunch spreads they laid on for us, we travelled to Go Ape in Southampton where we together took on the Tree Top Challenge! Every one of the team took part and gave the courses a go and even though it was a struggle at times, whether they were supporting from the bottom of the trees or the tops of the trees, everyone was determined and motivated to give it their all! The cold, mud and rain didn't stop us and it really did show that we have the strongest team around.
It's fair to say that everyone was a little sore over the weekend! It was a challenging adventure, but with the team's support, the experience was thrilling! Even if it was pouring outside... Check out our TikTok page to see videos from the day and the smiles on the teams faces.
