Action Hampshire is pleased to award you a grant through the Sustainable Future Fund.  If you accept this grant it will be on the understanding that you have agreed to the general terms and conditions as displayed on this website.  We will advise you separately of any additions or amendments to these conditions..

 

 

 1       The grant may be used only for the purposes approved by Action Hampshire, as described in your grant application and any subsequent communication.  If you are unable to use the grant in the intended way, please contact us before spending any of the grant.


2        Safeguarding - If your funded activities will involve working with children (i.e. under-18s) or adults at risk of abuse then you must have a safeguarding policy and you must follow your safeguarding procedures when delivering this project.  Please contact us if you need support with developing a policy.


3        The grant will only be paid once you have emailed us to confirm your acceptance of these terms and conditions.  The official start date of the grant is the date at which you receive the grant payment.


4        You will also need to send us your organisation’s bank details so we can pay the grant.  Please send us: the name of your business account, your bank / building society, the account number, the sort code.


5        You agree that we will visit your enterprise after around 3 months to review progress and gather publicity material. You will send us a final monitoring report after around 6 months or (if later) when you have fully spent the grant. If anyone can be identified in the photos and comments you send us, please make sure you have their permission for TRACOuk and Action Hampshire to use their comments and images.

 


6        You will keep accurate and complete financial records of the spending associated with our funding and you may be asked to submit these with your reporting as noted above.


7        Please contact us if any of your grant funding is not needed for the approved purpose.  We will consider sympathetically any ideas you have for how to spend the remaining funds.


8        We reserve the right to withhold a grant or require it to be returned to us if;                                              
a.  We find that any false information is deliberately supplied to us.
b.  The work undertaken is not the work for which the funding was approved, either in your application or in subsequent communication.


9        We would like to visit some of the activities going on as a result of the grants we give out.  You agree to us attending one or more of your activities if we ask unless there is a genuine reason why this would be inappropriate.


10    You will work with us to promote the grants available through the Sustainable Future Fund grant, as appropriate for the activities you are carrying out.

 
11    We reserve the right to make public the name of your organisation and the broad nature of our grant award, to publicise the fund.  Please contact us if you have any concerns about this.


12    The fund may be evaluated by an external organisation.  You agree to work with the evaluators and respond to their requests for information about your funded activity. Please contact us if you have any concerns about this.


13    We will use the information you give us during the application process and during the lifetime of your funding award for administration, analysis, and research purposes.


14    We reserve the right to add additional conditions to a grant offer to take account of particular circumstances or issues.  We will advise you of these separately.
