Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.




You have 30 calendar days to return an item or consignment from the date the order was placed. The cost of returning this will be covered by the buyer unless received through an error on our part, and/or agreed with a Sales Representative.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If your order has arrived and the packaging or pallet looks to have sustained damage you must sign for the consignment as damaged. Once an item is signed for as good we are unable to accept the return and you will not receive a refund.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase attached. 




Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


Shipping & Collections


We can ship to virtually any address within the UK. We will contact you once you have placed your order and provide you with a delivery cost. Please contact us if you would like a delivery quote before you place your order. Please note that there are restrictions on shipping some products such as domestic appliances like fridges. We do not ship products to international destinations, however you are more than welcome to arrange for your own courier to collect from us.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.

A deposit of 25% should be taken to secure any goods sold from the warehouse. If no deposit is taken, the goods are free to be sold to the first customer that is able to purchase and take the goods.

All goods purchased must be taken within 5 days from the sale date or when the deposit is taken. Failure to collect the goods within this time may result in them being offered for resale or a £10 storage fee per day is payable before collection can be made. Failure to collect within a week from the deposit date will nullify the contract and the deposit is forfeited. 


In the case where you wish to exchange part or all of your order, TRACOuk reserve the right to add an additional delivery charge where applicable, and a restocking fee of £5+VAT per item.
